About Us

The Trade, Aid and Security Coalition (TASC) is a nonprofit project of GlobalWorks Foundation that builds innovative partnerships, educates opinion leaders and provides significant depth and experience on international trade and economic policy in order to alleviate global poverty.

By bringing together allies from diverse sectors, TASC aims to create a forum for varied and innovative ideas on foreign assistance, international trade and economic development.

We believe that systematic engagement with diverse stakeholders, such as the following, is critical to advancing an agenda for global poverty reduction and to ensuring a fair distribution of the benefits of globalization:

·         Non-governmental organizations and educational institutions;

·         National and international government officials;

·         Business leaders working in the areas of global development, corporate social responsibility and sustainability;

·         Representatives from developing countries.
